This is the only Stuff that really stops pain and dries out the Herpes Lip syndrome. Usually about a couple days to dry out and healing to begin. Ive never had a one day heal! But you will be happy with results. Used this stuff for years for break outs due to Over Stressing. Small bottle lasts for year or more. Had an old bottle way- way past expiration date and still worked well. Not cheap but Works!

Bought this after reading all the positive reviews. I first applied ice for 10 minutes as soon as I noticed tingling and a small bump. Then applied Releev every couple hours for the first day. blister stayed small and flat. pretty much unnoticeable and is just about gone on day 3. This is the best thing for a cold sore until there's a cure. picture shows day 3.

It started to work immediately. It was easy to use, don’t touch your lip with the tip. Use a Q-tip for application. Slight tingle, but it completely works. I’m going to buy again!

I need to be honest, I had really low expectations on this product but it deserves 5stars for sure. I started using the product in my second day and it totally dried my cold sore out in hours. IT DIDN’T DISAPPEAR my cold sore, but it was completely dry by the day after I started using it. Im still healing but It makes you skip a lot of discomfort, pain and the wet weird part. 100% recommend from my experience. Also Arrived on time and package was good.

This really works, its safe, very effective, doesn't irritate the skin, and last a long time as you just need a small drop, the bottle is very small but trust me it's worth the money

This works! I get cold sores from stress. Over the years I've used Abreva & recently tried Campho Phenique but this is the only product that takes away the pain, swelling & itching. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost is a tad high for the amount you get and it's a BROWN LIQUID. So visually, it makes it more noticeable. Abreva is a white cream that dries sorta clear, Campho is a clear gel & this is a brown liquid. Literally looks like worcestershire sauce, dries fairly quickly but awkward to apply & makes it look like it's at the dark scab stage bwfore it actually is.

Releev is the only product that helps when I get a cold sore.

I have been using Releev for over 25 years... I found it by accident at my local Walmart... when I went to buy cold sore medicine... It works fast and it's easy to apply I even use it on chapped lips... It's the only thing I'll use... I have recommended it to other people and they feel the same way.

Great product

The best thing I’ve found to treat a cold sore. Clears it up in a couple of days. I can’t buy it in Canada so was pleased I could order it from the US. It actually arrived a week or so before the delivery date promised.

Works great if you catch the cold sore early enough. Definitely helps to keep your lip painfree and moisturized if you can’t prevent it.

I read all the reviews and I was SO excited to try it. It doesn't make a bit of difference. $30 down the drain. :(
