Sprouting rate is almost 100%. Good in taste

Germinating rate is about 85%
I have just to finish the whole packet. Every time soak and germinate the alfalfa for 3 table spoons. About 80% is germinating. Sprouts are tasty. There are so many brown cover will be collected at the bottom. You can use a big hole colander to wash off. Sprouts gives very good energy.Germinate rate should be a lot more higher.Berry and Nuts alfalfa seeds are much better germinate rate.Urban platter is about 85% Berry and Nuts will germinate 95%.
