Good product
Needed a dependable machine for the custom made home fountain. Loved this machine, the machine is submersible, finish is good, and no fear of electric shocks, allows to open up and clean the motor part too. The only downers is that they don't give a plug, which is already mentioned. Note, for a small fountain like the one I made, you need a smaller powered machine. I did the mistake of ordering a higher power machine.

Small and works well as per ots size and wattage
Its a small pump. So output is less. Other than that it works fine. I am using it for one of my DIY fountains.it is just right size for my purpose. Dont expect it to lift water beyond a feet or two. For one ft height, it works just fine.

Grate quality and value for money
It's really good quality product. I wanted to use this for my water cooler and I didn't knew which will be suitable for it. So I have ordered 14W but it didn't suitable for it, which made water fall out of cooler , so I had returned it. Than I had ordered 12W which was also not matched and I had returned it. Finally I have ordered 9W and which started worked as I expected. I didn't faced any issues in returning products and received my amount on time.
