The T20 tonal earphones have a similar case to the T21. The blue colour is beautiful. These earphones are one-size-fits-all so you don’t have to worry about finding the right sized eartips. They feel solid in the hand. They are shaped individually for ergonomic fit into each ear. The bass response on these is pretty good. Tozo have clearly tuned these to be bass heavy to compensate for the semi-open design. Unfortunately, this makes then sound muddy. The one-size approach means some people will find they fall out of your ears. I don’t mind this so much as you benefit from the openness. There is no occulation issue here and these are great for people who don’t like the sensation of being closed off with in-ear type earbuds. With this style that has the stem, any adjustment you try to make of the buds means you will end up tapping on the touch sensitive earbud and pause your music. I normally adjust both earbuds one at a time so I end up pausing my music when adjusting the right ear and resuming it again when adjusting the left. I do not have this issue with other non-stem style earbuds. The good news is that when using the Tozo app you can chose what the touch controls do. You can even switch them off completely if this bothers you. Considering that these do not go into your ear canal, they do not occulate and cause fatigue they offer a punchy sound. You can achieve better sound by using the EQ in the app. They offer wireless charging, USB-C charging and look very elegant with the OLED display. Tozo's products have matured signifcantly. They now have a deign language across their product range and that makes switching between products a seamless breeze

3rd paid we have bought we all have a pair 😄 comfy and good quality to listen too. Not tge best for receiving phone calls but you can. Great for 1 ear and being avle to hear work colleagues or children 😀 great value for money.

These are very good. Battery charge lasts a while, even when they've not been used for ages. Sound quality is very good. Just a little bit annoying when they slip out of your earhole, as this will make one of the buds turn off.

I've been using TOZO earbuds for several years now, and they've consistently impressed me with their quality and performance. However, like many people, I’ve never been fully comfortable with in-ear buds for long listening sessions. That’s why I was especially excited to try the TOZO O2 True Open Ear Wireless Earbuds : and they’ve completely exceeded my expectations. These are truly lightweight and incredibly comfortable. In fact, it's easy to forget you're even wearing them. The open-ear design solves the comfort issue I’ve always had with traditional earbuds, making them perfect for long-term use without any irritation or pressure. The sound quality is fantastic; clear, rich, and surprisingly immersive for an open-ear design. Pairing was quick and seamless, just like with other TOZO products I’ve owned. My whole family uses TOZO gear — my kids, my wife, and myself and we've never been disappointed. The O2s continue that tradition of reliability and innovation. One small suggestion: my previous in-ear TOZO buds had a charging case with multiple lights to show the battery level. With the O2, there's only a single light that indicates when the case is fully charged, but it doesn’t show the current charge level. It’s a minor thing, but having that feature would be helpful. I chose the grey color, and I’m glad I did because it blends well with my typical clothing and looks sleek and understated. All in all, this is another excellent product from TOZO. If you're looking for a pair of wireless earbuds that are comfortable, sound great, and let your ears breathe, the TOZO O2 is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended.

I adore these headphones. The battery life in a day isn't as long as I had hoped for but they charge quickly. Once you get your head around the app they are super easy to use and the sound quality is much better than I expected. The fit is fine, although you do have to mess with them a little to find the perfect fit. As long as you plug the charging case in once every couple of days and are prepared to faff a little these are really good quality headphones.

I purchased these as a backup to my Tozo 02's as I wear them for very long periods and when the 02's go flat I can just switch over to a fully charged pair whilst waiting for the others to charge. This however has lead me to notice a very distinct difference between the two with the Tozo OpenWear's coming off the worse of the two. The 02's have a very nice rounded out sound with pretty good bass for this style of earphone whilst the OpenWear's are not as good. They are not bad but if you like some decent bass (not talking thumping bass here) then get the 02's. As is always the case, this is just my experience.

Update to this review on 23.08.2025 I am returning the headsets as the right one stopped working and the problem could not be resolved. Checking on the app it seems the battery for this piece depletes quicker than the right one which might be the cause to the problem. The sound quality is very good and louder than similar on the ear headsets but I was disappointed when unboxing this product as the product has been advertised to be 'White' but apart from a small part of it, the rest is in 'Grey'. The product I bought is a 'used like new' one which was in excellent condition and I assume that the previous buyer had the same feeling I had when unboxing the product and had returned it to Amazon. I'm not sure if the other three colours are as advertised or if they are also in two-colour format. My purpose was to buy a white headset as the other three ones I currently have are in black, but unfortunately did not have a good experience with this headset's colour. I wish I had purchased the headset in black due to this combination of mainly grey with white colours. This is a decent headset which comes in a sleek and small case and is cabpable of connecting to two divices whis is rare among similar products of the same or lower price and can easily connect to two mobiles or a mobile and a tablet. I could connnect it to two different iPhones and then to an iPhone and a Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra tablet seamlessly and could effortlessly and without any hassle shift from one device to another. I had problem pairing the headsets to my first mobile after unboxing the headsets which I later discovered was due to not having any power in these headsets, which was rate. I charged the headsets but they had plastic films covering them to prevent any contact between the connectors on the headsets and the case and it was good if the manufacturer had mentioned taking out these plastic films before charging the headsets. Later pairings to the second mobile phone and the tablet proved to be effortless and convenient. I tested the headsets for the connectivity distance and could hear the sound at a 10 meter distance without any interruption. The headsets are small and sleek and could rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise up to a certain degree which gives the users the freedom to adjust them depending on their ears' sizes. The phone call using the headsets also was very clear and I could hear the caller clearly and also had no complain from the caller. One other disappointment I had in addition to the colour was lack of a digital display charging percentage which is available on three other cheaper but similar on the ear headsets. The only visible charging display is the light outside the case which is not enough and percentage display is needed at least inside the case if not outside of it. Apart from being of use when pairing a new device to the headset, the app is completely useless as features such as the different 'EQs' on this app showed no differnece at all. Some other features shown on the app are not available for this type of headset. In general this is a good and decent headset when bought at the sale price or at a 'like new' condition but not at its full price.

I have some somewhat expensive, great quality earbuds that I use the majority of the time. I needed a backup pair to use occasionally and for when family needs some (to keep their ear wax off mine! Lol). Because of their low price and the decent looking features, I gave these a try. My expectations were not too high but to my surprise, when I first used them, the sound quality was on par with my other earbuds. And the noise cancellation was surprisingly good. Also appreciative of the clear voice quality when on calls. I still prefer the others for my regular personal use, but these are an exceptional second pair!
