OtterBox Defender Series SCREENLESS Case Case for Samsung Galaxy Note9 - Retail Packaging - Purple Nebula (Winsome Orchid/Night Purple)

I love OtterBox cases. Especially the OtterBox Defender, the defender is actually the only kind of OtterBox I've ever owned. I trust it. When you spend so much money on a phone you want something that is going to work for everything. You can use a wireless charger, you know your phone is going to be safe from drops, it's perfect and just about every way. The only way I could actually see breaking my phone is if I was to drop it and something stuck out and hit just the middle of the screen.

Had an OTTERBOX for the G5 so when I upgraded to the Note 9 it was a no-brainer, Case fits like a glove, literally.The buttons work as if the case is not even installed. Nice sleek fit and the color complements the Note 9!Still wondering about the screenless feature and looking for screen protector that fits...OK..so there appears that there are NO screen protectors that work with this case. OTTER dells one for $44 (LOL) and the reviews are awful..I have tried two different covers with the same results.When the case (defender) is installed, the glass cover is pinched from eh sides and the cover pops up from the screen and falls off.The glass folks need to do a whole lot of research to fix this issue.Had I known, I would not have purchased this $54 case and went with a no brand case,

Yep, dropped my Note 9 already, on the corner. I do not have a screen save, because this case doesn't come with one, but the lip on the case protects the screen. I use the belt clip on thingy to protect my phone when in my person (it's face down). Always had an Otterbox, tried another one but no gripe. Wireless charge is fine; can be finicky at times, but it's the Samsung charge sometimes, I just adjust the phone or sometimes I have to unplug and replug in charger. For the price of this phone, I'm not going to mess with other cases.This case, fantastic, same color as my last one!

The media could not be loaded.  Babyyyyy... let me tell you. The packaging itself is thick and sturdy. So before you even open it u know it gonna be good. I couldn't even get the box open with a knife. Lol. Upon opening it, I see this gorgeous purple case. Wooooo! The case come in 4 layers in carry case. Now the case is so sturdy I couldn't pry the peices apart. Hence the video. I I had to watch a video because I didn't want to break the case. I ended just sliding in with the one side open. Lol. The case even cover the edges of my screen protector. I can tell this case will last for a very long time. Only thing is I wish it came with a built in screen protector. But, the edges are lifted just in case it falls face down. I just loved it all around. I wish I'd ordered otter box soooo much sooner. And the price is unbeatable. Dam it... just buy it now. I am officially an OTTER BOX LADY!!!!!!

Case does not come with screen protector. I bought Alpha Glass screen protector it fits perfectly. Multi-layer case consists of polycarbonate inner shell and synthetic rubber slipcover. Top and bottom bumpers are curved to protect screen from bumps and drops. My only issue is note pen is not easily accessible, case makes it impossible to pull out pen by not being able to grab top of pen. You can still remove pen by pulling pen out by grabbing sides or using fingernail to pull pen out from the bottom. Case is bulky and makes phone heavy but it comes with the sense of protection.

I have an OtterBox on my note 4 and when I used it and dropped it repeatedly it never broke. I was talked into buying a more decorative tech 21 and it fell on its edge and cracked to where I could not access it at all. I have now bought this OtterBox and I'm very happy with the edge support and durability. I'm also happy that it is not in Black as my other one was so at least it has a little decor. I am sold on OtterBoxes and my phones now and in the future will always be protected by Otter

I bought my first one of these same cases when I first got my Galaxy Note 9. It has kept my phone safe & sound for years. Only reason why I had to get this one was the charger port cover snapped off & it got lost.I have owned this style Otter Box for every one of my phones - I will never buy another brand & will continue to buy this style for any new phones I get!

My previous case - exact same product but in a different color - endured 3 years of drops and falls. The plastic casing had cracked in 4 places, but the silicone sleeve still kept everything in place and my phone hardly had a scratch. Still, I figured I'd better relace the case before the protection gave out completely, so I ordered another one just in a different color. It arrived well-packaged with easy to understand assembly instructions. I'm very impressed with this product!

Sturdy phone holder, hopefully this one will last longer than my last two. The little tabs on the side of the phone part seem to like breaking off, otherwise I would rate it at a solid 5 all around.I still recommend this case, but just be aware that those tabs won't last forever. Thankfully I've never lost my phone because of it. When or if the tab breaks, its a simple matter of flipping the phone upside down in the holder... until the other side decides its going to break.

Perfect! Great case! It is really solid and protects my cell phone perfectly. As described, there is no glass screen protector, but there is a plastic cover that clips onto the case. It is interchangeable (clips on the front and back). When clipsed on the front of the case, it really protects my screen. My mind is at peace wherever I put my cell phone, even in my purse amongst other things!

Before I go into my summary of events, in the past Otterbox is amazing and support is amazing. However, we spent the extra $8 to have the belt clip to the defender phone case. It could have been a simple oversight, or misrepresentation. Due to Covid, No phone support, online chat only with a minimum 4 hour window to communicated. I have been on hold for 2hrs 52 mins... with no response. At this moment, I can not even find a email address to send my... I want my belt clip to the phone. Otherwise, we will make alternate solutions.

Love this case.. just as described and very sturdy! Have dropped my Note 9 countless times and never a problem! Would highly recommend. Of course, it's 'bulky' but excellent protecting damage to your expensive cellphone.

I bought this for my S9. I've had many Defender series cases over the years and every one has taken a brutal pounding. Warranty and customer service is second to none. I don't even consider any other brand anymore.
