OYIPRO Retro Industrial Steampunk Wall Sconce, 3 Lights Metal Water Pipe Style Wall Mounted Lamp Light Fixture in Antique Bronze - desertcart.com Review: Stunning. Unique. Unequivocally a great conversation starter. - Update on my review...........Stunning addition to my newly renovated 1/2 bath. Originally I only gave it 3 stars because it arrived in a box that had a rip on one side. Inside the box the metal red handle was broken off the light. I had to have it taken to be welded back on. Now it looks great. I love how unique it is. Talk about a conversation starter. Every guest has complimented me on how much they love it. Easy to install. The clocks on each side are a super bonus. Iโm updating my review because OYI LIGHTING refunded me a certain % to cover my cost for welding & inconvenience. Great customer service! Couldnโt be happier with product & the great service from seller. Review: Great looking fixture - I have had several comments on this fixture . I bought just one to see if I liked it going to get at least 3 more for my steampunk inspired basement. Was easy to install looks great love the clocks on the ends double a batteries and ready to roll. I modified it to be not hardwired was simple to do if people choose to go that route you can.

It's not simple fixture to swap out, but it's worth the extra ateps
Nice fixture. The clock parts were slightly damaged in shipping. Was able to fix most of it and the rest isn't noticable, so not a big deal. The clocks are functional, too, just add battery! Only issue I had was that the base isn't quite the size of a regular fixture, so I had to buy a plate to mount it on the wall. Have gotten lots of compliments on it, and it looks great!

I bought it because it is an unusual and interesting item.
Interesting unusual item. It has two clocks so I have mine set on San Diego and London time. I didn't have a wall sconce on any walls so I got an electrical box and used two molly bolts to fasten it to the wall and I got a pig tail wire with a plug so I could plug it in. Normally it would be hard wired. I plugged it into a WiFi plug so Alexa and turn it on and off also.

Really cool fixture
We had been searching to find just the right fixture to replace a string of really old florescent lights in our family room. This is perfect! We read the reviews about the difficulty some had with affixing it to the wall, and the wiring in our wall (plaster and concrete) was higher than we wanted to place the light so we fashioned a "box" of wood to attach it to. We love it! Even with the 40 watt bulbs we bought this throws a lot of light.

Works as described -- if you've got hardwiring and gluing skills!
On one hand, this sconce works exactly as described. It's now installed on my wall, and lights up when I flip the switch. On the other hand, I had to pay a TaskRabbit guy $80 to get it working, because this sconce has to be hard-wired into the wall. That was *after* the TaskRabbit guy reattached the ground wire, which was not attached in the shipping box -- and helped me glue the sconce to the mount, because it would've just swung/rotated freely if we hadn't glued it. Also, the little red knob you see in the picture -- I expected that would be the switch, but no, it does nothing. It's just... there. Since the developer sent me a message asking for feedback, here are the improvements I'd recommend: 1) Create a version that just plugs into an electrical outlet like a normal lamp! That would've been a lot easier -- not to mention cheaper and less time-consuming -- to install. 2) Make sure the sconce is attached firmly to the mount, or has a clearly designed mechanism for rotation. Otherwise, users have to glue the sconce in place to prevent it rotating every time it gets bumped. 3) Wire up the red knob to work as the light switch (preferably a dimmer switch). It's cooler and more intuitive. Hope this helps clarify things for the manufacturer, as well as anyone considering buying one of these.

Great Decor Piece
Purchased this item to replace an average porch light sconce in our sunroom. We wanted a vintage, cantina type feel for the room so this along with some industrial pipe shelving really creates an excellent mood. This light fixture was received quickly and was very easy to assemble and install. Only issue I have is that the junction box behind the light is an old rectangular box and not circular so I will need to modify the plate connection at some point. This of course has nothing to do with the product. This fixture sparked a lot of conversation at a recent party we had and with the addition of the vintage LED bulbs just really ties the room together. The picture included shows our installation and with the exposed brick I think it's really cool. That plus the relatively low cost of the fixture makes it easy to give up the 5 star rating.

Had to adjust and take apart to adjust gauges to realign
Base to attach to wall plate is too small any light fixture electrical box. Why? Have to buy a piece of wood and paint it to match the color of the fixture and then install the base plate to it. A lot of work to install a light fixture that was not properly made for the US.
