Perfect Teapot for Tea Lovers!
I am absolutely thrilled with this Clear Glass Teapot with Reusable Stainless Steel Infuser. It has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen. The clear glass allows me to watch my blooming tea beautifully unfold, adding a delightful visual element to my tea time. The stainless steel infuser works perfectly for all types of loose leaf and herbal teas, ensuring a smooth and flavorful brew every time. One of the best features is that it’s dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. The teapot is sturdy yet elegant, and the handle stays cool to the touch, making it easy to pour. If you love tea as much as I do, I highly recommend this teapot. It's a great blend of functionality and beauty, and it enhances the whole tea-making experience. Five stars!

Such a pretty teapot!
I wanted an elegant teapot that was large enough for multiple cups of tea. This one fits the bill. It’s made of a very solid (nearly unbreakable?) clear glass and has beautiful, solid, shiny metal insert and teapot top! Pour as well without any dribble and very easy to clean.

Yes
This item is as described, but looks even better. I have used it for two weeks and am happy. I have now used this teapot throughout the winter. It is great. The spout has never leaked or spilled over; it is a very easy, clean pour of tea. I've washed it many times and it is in great shape. I highly recommend this exact teapot.

Nice pot, doesn't drip.
This teapot is very nice, doesn't drop when you pour. The handle is a bit large for my small hands ( I'm 5'2")so when the pot is full I to use an ovenmit to keep from burning my hand. I found another pot with a smaller handle so I no longer use this one.

Watch your tea brew
I have purchased several of these pots over the years. I use loose tea. I put the rolled tea leaves directly into the bottom of the pot and pour the boiling water over them. I like that I can see the leaves unfurl. I strain the leaves off once the tea has brewed sufficiently. Also The size is large enough for me. I had ordered other brands and the size was too small

Update, loved the pot until the handle started to break loose
Update 3+ years and the glass where the handle was attached started to shatter. Fortunately I noticed the moving glass before I picked it up, full of tea, 4 minutes off the boil. It was never used on a burner, never in a dishwasher. Should it last longer than 3 years? I have a 40 year old pot that's still in use. Other borosilicate glass pots have lasted over 10 years. ************* original review ************* I've been looking for a teapot like this for ages. I could find borosilicate glass. I could sometimes find an infuser, but most worked like a French Press coffee maker, without a seal. Or they were like the old Bodum I had, where you couldn't easily remove the strainer or put a lid on the pot after removing the strainer/infuser. This does everything. The loop handle to remove the infuser is easy to access and use. The lid fits snug into the stainless steel neck. The neck is removable, so the pot can be cleaned completely. The infuser holes are very, very fine. Most teas leave a bit of dust behind in the pot. With this pot the dust is barely there. My only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the 42 ounce sizing. The recommendation in the teapot instructions has it usable at about 32/33 ounces. The pot seemed VERY small when I first unpacked it.

beautiful Teapot
love that it has a stainless steel infuser that is removable and a lid. The Lid will also fit when the infuser is removed........very important, and Brilliant design. Very happy.

Nice teapot while it lasted
Great teapot but be careful as it is delicate and I managed to 'ding' the handle and cracked at the top and base of the handle. Ruined.

This is the best tea pot I've ever owned...
...and I've owned quite a few! Total tea junky here. My last tea pot was losing its glaze and I was getting mildly concerned about what was actually in that glaze. I've read about lead and who-knows-what chemicals. Years ago, I switched off tea bags after I discovered most companies had started making them out of plastic...yes, just try composting them. Most are plastic. Anyway, did some research and discovered this borosilicate glass is supposed to be the safest substance. Okay, I said. Not too keen on a glass teapot, but I'll give it a go. Really, I could not be more pleased. Best design ever! First off, the spout is higher than the top, which means it never overflows when you are filling the pot or pouring from a very full pot. Second, the spout has a no-drip tip that is actually no drip. Have not had a solitary drip so far. (Probably possible because glass is easier to form into a finer point than ceramic.) Third, the stainless steel strainer insert has super-fine holes. Not a bit of my loose leaf tea gets through. I think you could probably even tear open those plastic tea bags and pour in the tea dust and you would still be fine. Yet the water and tea come through beautifully. Fourth, that stainless strainer sits deep--almost to the bottom of the pot. This means the tea is in contact with the water even when there is very little water in the pot. This is a big advantage I had never considered until I saw it in action. Fifth, you can always see how much tea is in the pot. Again, this is another advantage I never considered, but I really like it. Especially useful (for me) when making iced tea. Sixth, it's dead easy to clean and you can always see if it needs it. Seventh, it holds a lot. Again, very useful for iced tea. Eighth, it looks beautiful. Very nice lines and proportions. I love it. I think a lot of careful thought went into this product's design. Highly recommended!

Perfect for Homemade Herbal Teas—Amazing Quality and Design
The GROSCHE Joliette Glass Teapot is a fantastic addition to my tea routine, especially since I grow my own herbs. It’s beautifully designed, functional, and perfect for creating custom tea blends. Here’s why I love it: 1. Ideal for Homemade Herbal Teas: Growing my own mint, basil, lemon balm, and dill seeds means I can create fresh and unique tea blends. The stainless steel infuser does an excellent job of holding loose leaves and seeds while allowing the flavors to infuse perfectly. 2. High-Quality Glass: The borosilicate glass is both durable and elegant. It’s lightweight yet strong, and it handles hot water without cracking or discoloring over time. 3. Generous Capacity: At 42 oz (5 cups), it’s the perfect size for brewing enough tea to share or enjoy throughout the day. The wide design makes it easy to clean and fill. 4. Removable Infuser: The removable stainless steel infuser is convenient and easy to clean. It’s also great for steeping teas without leaving residue in the pot. 5. Dishwasher Safe: Cleanup is a breeze since the teapot is dishwasher safe. Even the stainless steel infuser holds up well after multiple washes. 6. Sleek and Stylish Design: The clear glass lets you see the beautiful colors of your tea blends, adding a touch of elegance to the brewing process. If you enjoy making your own tea concoctions or simply appreciate a high-quality teapot, this is an amazing product. It’s functional, stylish, and perfect for any tea lover.

Stop browsing -- this is the teapot you want
Don't normally make reviews but this pot deserves one. I've been burned with sub-par teapots in the past on Amazon, but got very lucky with the Grosche model here. I've been using it for a few weeks and it is close to perfect. The strainer can be removed to make room for teabags and there's a second metal part to the lid that can be removed to make the opening wider and cleaning much easier. Lid fits snugly and the spout is perfectly drip free! Aesthetically it is a nice piece as well, just stainless steel and glass with some heft to it. The only con would be that I think it is less heat resistant than earthenware pots and can get very hot to the touch (with the handle excepted).
