Well I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. These are so so good. For years I have tried so many different tools to curl my hair, even the dyson airwrap, but to no avail. I have fine shoulder length hair and I'm always worried about heat and breakages but these work at treat. Hot enough to do the job but not burn. I've found the smaller 19mm attachment to work best so far. It takes about 5 mins to curl my whole head and the curl is lasting all day which I've never had before. I don't particularly plan to use purely to dry my hair so that may be a consideration for some people and the durabilty. Do not be put off by the price, as I said earlier I have tried the dyson airwrap, but this item is so easy to use. It is very light but for me this makes it easy and versatile to use. Will be such a good addition when i go on holiday. With regards to the longevity of the product only time will tell but I would have no hesitation in buying another one if required and at that price it wouldn't break the bank. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Does it feel a bit cheap? Yes. Does it work as well as the expensive alternatives? Yes, better in my experience. I usually air dry my hair (naturally wavy, bob) and once it’s dry then use the GHD Rise to smooth out/add some polish. Now it’s colder I got sick of waiting until my hair was dry or having to use a blow dryer then the hot brush. I ordered this on a whim when it was discounted thinking it was worth a try for £13. It does feel a bit cheap, but it’s very light. The two brush/barrel attachments are hard and plasticky rather than bristled, but they grip the hair really well. It’s not super powerful so I’d only bother using this when your hair is at least 80% dry. It doesn’t get that hot, and the cool tip stays cool. It does a decent job of adding volume with the larger barrel, smaller barrel will create a really defined curl more importantly, it lasts. I also own the ‘viral’ revlon blow dry brush which works amazingly well for smoothing, but curls and waves don’t last on my short hair as the barrel is so big on that one. The controls are easy to use and don’t get in the way when you’re using it. It’s literally 10% of the price of my GHD hot brush and for me is a better option because I can use it on damp hair as well as dry. Some blow dry spray/heat protectant is a must, though.

Really enjoying this hot air styler. It’s easy to use and glides through my hair without too much pulling or tangling. I like being able to dry and style my hair at the same time, which saves me quite a bit of time in the morning. It feels comfortable to hold and gives my hair a smoother, more polished look. A handy everyday styling tool.

I bought this hoping to curl my hair. My hair is just past my shoulders. I put a small amount in from th e front of my head, heated it and then tried to unwind it. I had to cut it out. My hair was too long for it. It should only be use on short hair.

I liked the fact that this was described as tangle free which appealed to me. Although on first use, generally I did manage to remove the styler from my hair without it getting caught, using the curl release button, a couple of times it did get a little tangled in my hair which panicked me a little bit and put me off using it further. The styler heated up quite quickly and there were two different sized barrels to use for small or larger curls which were easy to change over. Price wise I think the value is very good, but sadly I wasn’t confident enough to keep this with my fine shoulder length hair.

Hi, bought this item in March 2025 liked it and a good buy but 17 months later in August used it and I noticed smell of burning around the black area of the red button to detach brush tools also extremely hot . Then stopped working completely . I only used this product about 10 times over this period of time , luckily did not set my hair on fire still a concern tho plus I am not on my own on stating reviews noticed been said before . This product I feel needs completely coming off sale to be checked by revlon as there is a technical problem . Shame realy I liked it but sorry will not be buying this again 🙄😒.

This hairdryer would be great for shorter hair. It has two different styling brushes and the cord does swivel. My hair is just past shoulder length and it took ages to dry. I found the rigid styling brushes very hard on the scalp. This item would make a good hairdryer/styler for traveling, as it's light and easily tucked away in a corner of a suitcase. Just not for me. It would however, style your hair quite well, if it's shorter. I found this hairdryer underpowered for my hair type. I needed to get my larger hairdryer out first to partly dry my hair, and it still took ages to style my hair. I have had to return it for a refund, unfortunately.
