Pretty good
It's true to size and especially flattering for women with broader shoulders. The length is good but it does tend to ride up a little. No biggie considering it's a skort. It's versatile and can go with many things. It's decently stretchy. For what it's worth the color was nice although I did order a black. The consistency does feel kind of polyester-y, though.

DO NOT BUY, not worth $20
i ordered a mini skirt expecting it to be mini.. it’s not at all. it goes way above my bellybutton (very high waisted) and to the middle of my thigh. the material feels like a cheap costume and the seams are terrible and thick. i will be returning this skirt i’m really disappointed.

Does not look like the picture
skirt fit but unfortunately doesn’t look like the picture. i was looking for something more body con and low waisted but the skirt falls in a looser way and waist line is higher than the picture. the fabric is thin and you can also see the outline of the shorts, will be returning.

You get what you pay for
The material is reflective of the price. Was see through between my legs because of the thinness and stretch. Overall a great going out skirt though, super tight through hip and thigh!

I'm 5-7, 145lbs. I ordered the MD size. Fits very well. I'm using it as a swim bottom.

Not as low-waisted as I expected. I’m 5'2", and it hit right around my belly button. It is very snatching, though, and I loved the shorts. The skirt material was also really thick and not see-through, which I appreciated. I’m usually a size 10 and ordered a medium. I could fit into it, but it was just a little too tight to be as flattering as I wanted. I would recommend sizing up.
