Doesn’t dry
Brought it few months back and tried multiple ways but never seems to dry. All the effort and time gets wasted because of this top coat bec it doesnt dry and ruins everything else. I brought it for 6.30+. Waste such a waste. I havent tried it without basecoat so cant speak on that. I hope atleast it works that way.

Love this shiny top coat that doesn't chip
I like shiny nails and this top coat is the best. I get lots of compliments, even from men on my nails. And this hold for ten days without chipping, even though I'm typing all day!
