Those works great. Gives you great energy and helps you stay regular and feeling good

It's really hard to tell if vitamins are really working or not unless you do blood work or something like that but what I can't say is I have been taking these for about 4 or 5 months now and I definitely feel more energy when I'm taking them versus when I've stopped taking them for a week or 2. I definitely feel more tired and sluggish and I definitely recommend taking these. There are so many health benefits from taking simos and I really wanted it for my thyroid health plus just all the minerals that it provides to your body to great way to get those minerals in your body especially with all the bad stuff and food that we have nowadays it's good to have a balance and put natural healthy stuff in us.

I purchased this brand after having purchased a different brand previously. Therefore this is only the second bottle of sea moss I have ever taken. I switched brands because the first one was causing my bowels to become very loose. However with that brand I also noticed after three or four days I was no longer having the crippling back ache that I’ve had for years. I was amazed that I could bend over and get up from sitting with no problem, but I couldn’t handle the negative side effect. Enter this brand, three weeks of taking it and no effects, good or bad, except the back pain is screaming as usual. I don’t know whether I can recommend this brand or not, for all I know it’s sawdust rather than sea moss. Only kidding of course, but I wish I could report on positives.

I only took this Sea Moss until it was gone. I didn't feel any different, but perhaps I didn't take it long enough to make a difference. I must say its was ease to swallow, and it didn't smell.

All I can say that these supplements do for sure, is that they definitely curb my appetite, aid my digestion, and help me sleep through the night (I never used to sleep through the night). They also give me a lot of energy, so I switched to taking them in the morning. My mental health meds that I'm on made me put on weight and slowed down my metabolism, so even though I was dieting and working out every day, nothing else was working so my doctor put me on another prescription medicine that is helping me finally lose weight, but I think that my weight loss is from the prescription drug that my doctor put me on and not from this supplement. However, this supplement definitely has curbed my appetite which helps with weight loss as well, since my psych meds increase appetite. I'm also hoping that I'll see better results with my thyroid due to taking this supplement and increasing my zinc intake.
