Love this ricer. Some ricers I've used in the past have handles that bend when squeezed too tightly. This ricer doesn't have that issue - handles are rugged and can take the pressure. The ricer bowl is big enough to fit quite a few potatos, so makes the job quick and easy.

Im very satisfied with this ricer Im enrolled in a college culinary class and I added to my professional chef knife kit that I use for class this ricer is made very well Im sure I’ll get plenty of good use out of it.

Purchased this for masking potatoes, it’s brilliant Far far easier than using a traditional potato masher and the potatoes are just perfect when pushed through the rice masher I would recommend using this in future rather than mashing potatoes traditionally 👍👍👍

When this arrived my wife said "not another gadget", and even I wondered if it would end up taking space in the bottom drawer. But the first time I used it we both said "wow!". No more hand mashing, no more beating in a stand mixer gently enough to avoid making a gelatinous glob, no more peeling, cubing and boiling. Just scrub a potato, pop it into the microwave for 5 minutes, cut it in half, put the half (or both halves if it's small) flat side down in the ricer bowl, and squeeze. Scrape the flattened potato skin out of the ricer with a fork and repeat. 6 minutes for a delicious fluffy side dish. I squeeze the handles with plenty of pressure, but 95% of the potato extrudes easily, with the extra effort yielding little or nothing more. I have no fear of bending anything, this thing is solid. It disassembles into just 3 pieces: extruding plate, cylindrical sleeve, and the handle-piston assembly - the first two are small and easy to wash, the piston on the main unit is the only part that needs serious washing, but it doesn't detach from the handles so it's a bit awkward in the sink. The nooks and crannies in the handles don't touch the food so all they need is a rinse while cleaning the piston. And the whole thing is solid stainless, not plated like a lot of my baking pans that have developed rusty areas. This is so quick and easy I make potatoes several days a week now, with sweet potato casserole on Sundays. Highly recommended.

Genuinely love this potatoe ricer. I have always hated making mashed potatoes because they have never come out smooth. There was always some chunks left behind but with this I don't have to worry about it. So easy to use. I wish it wasn't so big but it is still my favorite kitchen gadget.

Really well made product. We have used it several times and it makes great spaetzle. We haven't used it as a potato masher, but I would imagine it would work just as well. So glad we purchased as the hacks to make spaetzle without this tool make it look so messy.

Ricer is decent. Thought it was from Italy, no such luck, China. It's fairly well made, ok riveting and seems sturdy. The tab on the end of the ricer allows you to place it on a pot while pressing. It looks nice with a polished finish. The most bothersome thing is the plunger, it's not hinged. Consequently, when pressing product through the ricer, the plunger (being in a fixed position with the handle) does not move through the pressing cylinder vertically, or straight up and down. In other words, when the plunger is at the top of the cylinder, the pressing plate is at an angle compared with the interchangeable disc on the bottom. This causes product to squeeze out the top of the plunging plate when pressing begins. I constantly had to remove product that squeezed through the top and push it back into the cylinder. In my opinion, the design was not well thought out.

Muy fácil de usar y de limpiar.

This product is very easy to use. Once you add your milk and butter after you press your potatoes there are no chunks and very silky. I would recommend you clean it right way, don't let potatoes get dried up on it might be harder to clean. Very satisfied with product so far would buy again.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Auch meine Spätzle haben super funktioniert. Einziges Manko, etwas Teig oder Kartoffeln werden an der Seite über den Stempel hochgedrückt. Aber das kann man verschmerzen
