Description
Three adventures for scientist David Banner (Bill Bixby) and his green alter ego, the Hulk (Lou Ferrigno). In 'A Solitary Place', David retreats to a Mexican hideaway, but has his peace disturbed when a woman on the run asks for his help. 'Like a Brother' sees David facing racial prejudice when he takes a job at a car wash, while in 'Haunted' he is hired by Renee Stevens to help her move back into the family home where her sister drowned. However, once back in the house Renee becomes haunted by events from her past.

more fantastic stuff from the incredible hulk
I bought this dvd as i had never seen the episodes on it.It was worth the wait.I loved every episode on it.Wether your a fan or not buy this for the wonderful acting skills,the touching story lines,those ripping shirts and the lovely bill bixby makes it worth watching every time you have got to see these episodes i cannott recommend it enoughBARBARAXX

Grrrrrrrr, go Hulk go! How can you go past this classic TV series? - now on DVD. If you grew up with The Hulk ripping his shirt & saving cute bunnies each week on your TV then you'll love this DVD. It only has 3 episodes on it, but it is 3 I have never seen before (or don't remember from 18 years ago). For a trip down memory lane, to laugh at David's flares, or to see those rippling muscles then you can't go past The Incredible Hulk.

Diese DVD enthält die drei Folgen "A Solitary Place" (David zieht sich in die Wildnis zurück, eine Frau findet ihn dort und bringt ihre Probleme mit), "Like a Brother" (David arbeitet in einer "coolen" 70er-Jahre-Waschanlage), "Haunted" (Eine Frau, deren Zwillingsschwester umkam, hat das Trauma noch nicht verarbeitet, und David landet mittendrin).Ich weiss nicht, wessen Idee es war, gerade diese drei Folgen als "Volume I" der ersten Hulk-DVDs zu wählen. Sie sind nicht schlecht, und gerade "Like a Brother" ist zusätzlich noch interessant als Zeitstudie der 70er, aber es gibt weiss Gott bessere Folgen. Wer die anderen DVDs bereits hat und mehr Hulk will ist hier gut beraten, aber wer neu beim Hulk ist, sollte mit dem Pilotfilm und "Married" anfangen, um zu verstehen warum es heute noch Fans dieser Serie gibt.
