Very career oriented capital American
It is an Okay book. She is definitely very much career oriented and sacrificed a lot for it. Feels like PepsiCo was an actual family for her. Personally, the primary thought I have after I read this book is how not to become like her.

An honest and energising description of what it takes to succeed.
One gains a lot of appreciation for the hard work that executives need to put in, as well as the stress they are constantly faced with. A manual for how connecting to oneโs purpose make the adversity be worth it.

A great read for anyone; better than Lean In (In my humble opinion)
This is an amazing read as Indra Nooyi takes you through the journey of her life and obstacles she faced while making it big in corporate America as a women of color (straight from India!). The best part of this book is how she is able to articulate the thought-process behind some of the strategic moves Pepsico undertook with her guidance. Lastly, it is remarkable how endearing Indra Nooyi is from her intelligence, passion, empathy and impeccable leadership. I loved this book and can't wait to gift to all of my friends in corporate America.

Leadership Beyond the Boardroom
As someone who has spent over two and a half decades in executive leadership, I found My Life in Full to be both inspiring and deeply relatable. Indra Nooyi shares her journey with remarkable honesty, offering invaluable lessons on leadership, resilience, and the constant balancing act between professional ambition and family responsibilities. What resonated with me most was her unwavering commitment to leading with purpose, integrity, and long-term vision, even in the face of difficult decisions. This is not just the story of an exceptional CEOโit is a masterclass in authentic leadership and creating meaningful impact. I highly recommend this book to leaders, aspiring executives, entrepreneurs, and anyone who believes that true success is measured not only by achievements, but by the lives we influence along the way.
