Ich hatte bei dem Preis viel erwartet, und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Geschmack ist ausgewogen und gleichzeitig komplex, es schmeckt anders als das meiste Salz das ich kenne, vor allem besser. Das französische Fleur de Sel der Camargue aus dem nächstgelegenen Supermarkt kommt nicht dagegen an. Manchmal nasche ich sogar gedankenlos davon - das ist mir bisher nicht passiert.

We discovered this product on a visit to Iceland. It is wonderful. Family does want any other salt after finding this one. We don't uses it for baking/cooking, but add so much when a salad, meat or veg need a touch of salt.

I love this salt, the flavor is great. It's so much better than iodized salt that has too much bite. I also like to use this as a topping when baking. It's the perfect flaky salt
