日本では珍しい調味料なので、新しい調味料の使い方を考えるのが好きな料理好きな人におすすめです
原材料に微粒二酸化ケイ素が含まれているのが謎です。砂かな？そう言うの気になる方は辞めた方が良いかもしれません。味は思った通り、ライムの風味と酸味が凄く立ち辛さや塩味はそこまで強くないので粉末ポン酢に近い用途。生の魚介との相性は凄くいい。貝類のお刺身のクセも消せる薬味になるし、酸味の強さがマグロと合わせても良いアクセントになる。ブリなんかの油の強い刺身にもさっぱり使えて良い。紅葉おろしポン酢の代わりに鍋の付けタレやステーキ、牛タンにも使えるし、醤油に溶かして餃子のタレにしても凄く美味しい。タバスコ替わりにピザにかけても美味しい。アボカドとサーモンにマヨネーズと合えてもおいしかった。新しい調味料の使い方を考える料理好きのかたにおすすめです。
