Have been purchasing this B6 for years. Very effective, as per my primary care doc.

Not Adhesive, no side effects, Tasteless in my opinion, no issues with absorption. I cant prove that it has helped my system but i trust Nature's Bounty. This is value for money along with alot of energy and great quality. Remember to be consistent.

For anyone dealing with morning sickness, this was the easiest and quickest fix for my all-day-and-night waves of nausea. I take one before bed and it only took about 5 days for me to feel a huge difference. Prior to using B6, my “morning” sickness was preventing me from getting out of the house. I was afraid to drive because I’d get waves of dizziness and nausea while driving. Once I started these, I felt like I was able to join the world again. I don’t notice a smell. As for the taste, occasionally, I get a tart/ sour taste while swallowing them, but they’re small and easy to swallow. If you’ve ever taken vitamin c, that’s what they taste like. There are a number of crushed pills/ powder in the bottom of the jar which are unusable, but it’s still a great deal.
