What an amazing product! Three weeks ago I cut off the end of my thumb using a mandolin (yeah, I know). Since stitches were not an option, I decided I could treat it as well at home as any treatment I would received in a clinic. After stopping the bleeding and dressing it, I spent hours on Amazon checking out various types of bandages, ointments and antiseptic sprays. I purchased this based on reviews and used it daily when redressing the wound, along with a triple antiseptic ointment for the first few days, then this product solely with band-aids. What an amazing healing experience. I can't say for sure what part this played in the healing since I don't make a habit of chopping off the end of my fingers, but I was astounded by the speed with which the flesh regrew, and three weeks later, there is no more open wound. I will always keep a bottle handy for any cuts (hopefully, much less severe), abrasions and burns, based on what other users have said.UPDATE: The supplier very quickly replaced the sprayer mechanism on the bottle when it quit working, very good customer service

Works great but it is a bright yellow so will get on clothing.

I have piercings all over my face and ears, and nothing has ever worked better for them than this product. it can easily clear up minor infections, issues with swelling and random bleeding, and even issues with drainage and fluid buildup. i have a particularly fussy nostril piercing that fairly regularly ends up with infections and abscesses, and using BerbereX on it twice a day for two to three days once i notice an issue always always ALWAYS clears it up and makes it feel better. I'm pretty sure I avoided several nose bumps and keloids because of it, and my piercing looks like its never been infected at all. it's worked the same magic for both my nipple piercings and all my ear piercings. highly recommend if you have any cartilage piercings or any other piercings that will take 3+ months to heal, because regular saline solution just cant do what this does!

I didn't buy this for wound care, but rather for acne issues. I'm dealing with hormonal acne in my middle 30's and this stuff is helping tremendously. I wasn't expecting results in less than 24 hours but that is exactly what happened. That inflamed, red, sore, itchy, achy feeling that acne gives you can be relieved with BerbereX. I spray it on the trouble area, allow it to sink in my skin ( it dries very quickly) and then resume my normal moisturizing regimen. By the third day, not only was a problem area on my face cleared up, but sun spots on that side of my face were dramatically reduced. It has also helped with the tone and texture of my skin...even reduced a laugh line on my cheek! Now my teenage son who is dealing with onset acne is using it and it is also helping him. A little spray goes a long way and I can tell the bottle is going to last me a while, making the price justifiable. It's a product I highly recommend and I will be purchasing more in the future!
