I liked the beautification of the bracelet

I got 2 in different colors for my daughter about a month ago. One with a hot pink front and one with a black front. Her condition on both, my contact info one one and my husband's info on the other. They arrived and are very pretty. The lettering is clear and easily readable on the back. She loves them. She put one on each wrist. The chain is very dainty with hearts and tiny O rings, so cute but we are a bit concerned about the sturdiness of that when it has to be worn 24/7. For now 5 stars absolutely.

I received my order today and was quite disappointed in the sizing of the bracelet. I had followed the guidelines online exactly. It encouraged sizing up on the bracelet part of the item to accomodate but it is way too big for me. My wrist has a measurement of 7 to 7 1/8 inches. I was going to order 7.5" but according to the online and item sizing guidelines, I went up to 8". Way too big. Love the bracelet and the engraving is easy to read, everything is correct as ordered but now I am going to have to pay more money to get the bracelet sized down! So follow your wrist measurements, don't order up unless you like it super big and roomy. I gave three stars for durability simply because I have not worn it so I am not sure how durable it is.

Having to wear a med alert item has been something that I resisted. Recently that 'choice' was taken away. Why am I telling you this? Because getting to wear something so pretty, that more suits my personality and lifestyle, makes the process mentally easier. Wearing something that doesn't (for me) announce to the world that I'm sick, but allows those who know what to look for, adds to my and my family's peace of mind.Divoti creates fashion friendly pieces without the cost of a gold (though they apparently have that option! ) med alert item. They take something needed and utilitarian and make it attractive and customizable. I love that the chain part of this bracelet can be swapped for a different style. The laser etching is actually at a depth that IF the black coating goes away it can still be read. Washing dishes or hands, or taking showers hasn't diminished the quality or appearance of my bracelet. I can tell you honestly, this bracelet is so lovely and suits me so well, that *IF* it did fall apart in 6months, I'd buy another. Doubtful that it will, it's actually quite good quality. I'm so impressed that I've told all my friends about it on FB. Plus! I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived the very next Monday via USPS. They included a much needed emergency card, a soft jewelry bag, and instructions to register the item for extended insurance (damage and the like) purposes.If I could give them a 10 star review, it would happen. Alas, we are limited to 5 stars. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Well done Divoti and a massive thank you for helping life be a little more enjoyable. 😘

I was hesitant about ordering this bracelet. I'm so glad that I ordered it.I have worn it 24x7 since I received it in Feb 22. I have never taken it off to go swimming or to shower. I bought mine a little loose so that the hearts are always showing and I have recieved many compliments because its cute, or dainty. People are surprised when I turn it over & show them its a med alert bracelet.The medical information & hubby's phone number are still clear & not faded.If needed I would definitely buy another one.

Product came as described. Was a little surprised at the size of the ID portion, it’s larger than previous bracelets worn in the past. Not saying it is a bad thing though. It allows the conditions to be viewed easily, and the engraving was easily requested, and looks great too. Purchased two, in two different sizes and they fit great! We did follow the size guidelines about adding the extra bit as well. Glad to have had such a great experience. Will definitely buy again in the future if needed!

The bracelet was not quite what we expected very little weight for something so important would be nice it was abit heavier and thicker
