This infrared thermometer worked great! I bought it to check and zone the temperatures on my flat top griddle, and it made a huge difference. It’s quick, easy to use, and gives accurate readings in just a second or two. I can easily see which areas are hotter or cooler, making it much easier to cook different foods at the same time.The display is easy to read, and it feels well made.
