Prestige Build Your Kitchen Stainless Steel Kadhai Set, Set of 3, Black

Like everyone else, I was also a bit taken aback when I read that it is not non-stick. However, after reading several articles about Hard Anodized, I gave it a go considering Hard Anodized is much safer and durable than the non-stick. Before the first use, I seasoned them like some of the articles suggested. I thought it was a right thing to do - also simple: Wash, apply Veg Oil all over and heat it till it starts to smoke and cool it down and, wash after a day.So far, we prepared several Savory and Sweet items and they all came out very well.The only issue that I have is the size of the Roti Tawa. I mean, sure it looks right size but there are Stainless steel screws on the tawa which makes the chapathi dough stick to it. So we have to make much smaller ones.Omelette & Egg Burji: I haven't made Egg Burji but I did make Omelettes but only with at least little oil.So, if you are ok with the size of Roti Tawa, this is an excellent product. Go for it.PS: No idea why Prestige people haven't updated the name yet. This is Hard Anodized, not Stainless Steel.

Good quality and heavy but certainly not a non stick product. If you are buying for nonstick purpose, you will be very disappointed

Liked the quality of the product for the price that was being offered. The quality of the handles is also good

Quite heavy n good to use n clean...but food does stick to the sides n bottom...good to use for everyday cooking
