Very effective lactase enzyme delivery to the system. Fast acting and has a pleasant vanilla flavor that doesn’t overpower your food tastes. I’ve tried quite a few but this was the only one that works for me because I’m highly sensitive. Take one for a small meal. Take two for a night out with multiple courses. Depends on your sensitivity. I take three with a pizza for example. Purchased from Color papers. Quick delivery. Received in good condition. They had the best price. Rs500 over what I usually paid for pre-Covid-19. So given the current economic climate, it’s a very good price. Especially considering it’s imported! I highly recommend!

Helping me a lot. I am able to take milk products when I take a tablet along with the milk or milk product. Expensive though :( but works

Very Good. I could never have Dairy foods like Icecream, Milk, Chocolates etc without having to run to the bathroom. Fast act is much better than the earlier version, Original Strength. So This is a definitely worthy product for all Lactose intolerant people. Try it.

It helps digest the dairy product but the vomiting sensation doesn't go off,which happens when there is indigestion problem

Exactly as expected

I love the taste... I have the vanilla ones and they taste just like custard creams YUM! I have a severe dairy allergy and react to my medications I have to take daily that has a coating which contains lactose. I had to stop my medication as it was making me so ill even though it’s a tiny dose but now I have these and take them before my meds it’s great! I’ve not tried them with dairy products yet as I’m also allergic to the caseins in dairy but when I’m feeling confident enough I’ll give it a try. Highly recommend!

I have a non-typical case of a dairy allergy, that likely does not apply to you, but maybe this will help others who also have my condition. I can digest dairy just fine, but if I eat dairy, my skin breaks out in acne, merely hours later. Term definitions, to help: LactOse - The "milk sugar" found in dairy, that causes issues for some of us. LactAse - An enzyme that helps you process lactose. It took a long time, a bunch of research, and self-testing to find out what was causing my acne: It was dairy, specifically the lactose in dairy. Therefore I wanted to try various lactase enzyme supplements, as lactase enzyme counteracts lactose. After years of trying various brands of lactase enzyme pills, all containing lactase enzyme in varying quantities, I tried these. These "Lactaid Fast Act Chewables" work better for me than any other lactase enzyme pills so far. This includes working better than the other "Lactaid" brand pills. I have not tried all brands on the market. It must have something to do with absorption, as when I've tried various other lactase pills, and when compensating for the varying lactase enzyme servings to get the same quantities, these still work the best so far. The amount of lactase enzyme that helps me is up to a very high amount, up to 36,000 FCC units. Just the standard 9,000 FCC units in other pills doesn't help much. 18,000 units does something, and 27,000 units is about the break-even point. Going up to 36,000 units is for when I eat a lot of dairy, or eat foods that affect me much more. However, when using these chewables, I only need 1 chewable to reach 9,000 units of lactase enzyme, and even only at 9,000 units it's the most effective for me yet. It completely prevents, or mostly (95%) completely prevents my skin from breaking out due to dairy intake. My natural not-food-caused breakouts still happen, of course, but those are rare. Sometimes I take 2 chewables before eating a lot of dairy. It's great that I've finally found a chewable that actually works well for me. These also taste good, and are conveniently packaged to take on-the-go, when eating out at a restaurant for example. Other ways I've helped my condition is switching to lactose-free versions of milk, ice cream, sour cream, and yogurt. The "Lactaid" company makes those too, but I get whatever brand of lactose-free grocery product is cheapest at the time. Lactose-free groceries are only available at the largest of my local grocery stores, are expensive, and are not available all the time. Most dairy-based products are not available in lactose-free versions either. So I'll have these ready.
