Taste pleasantly nice a little on the sweet side, so I did with 900mls water rather than 500mls water. I've been taking for 14 days and have noticed a slight rise in my energy levels probably due to feeling more hydrated. You get 20 satches in the boxI feel its a bit on the expensive side, would be nicer if you got 30 satches in the box msking it better value for money, but it served a purpose when I bought them.
