These are great for raising monarchs. Easy to clean but the mesh is hard to see through.

This is a very convenient size for raising one monarch disease free and passing chrysalis to science teachers, children and friends to view the miracle of a monarch emerging as a new butterfly. Getting 5 at this price is a good value for me.For traveling I wad up newspaper in the bottom and soft tissue around the chrysalis for the' just it case it falls' and prevents movement.

I have lots of butterfly cages. The seams need to be finished so the caterpillars dont get caught in raveling strings and die. The seams are not finished on these cages. Terrible quality.

These are fabulous mesh containers that allow the caterpillars to move with ease with full ventilation, and you to see what's happening as they transform. Easily cleaned between guests. Highly recommend for those who raise butterflies!
