How hot does this pizza oven get, and how fast does it cook?

The Piezano heats to 800°F and cooks a fresh 12" pizza in under 6 minutes on the ceramic stone, delivering a crispy, bubbly crust right on your countertop.

What do the dual heat controls do?

Separate knobs control the upper and lower heating elements independently, so you can brown the cheese and crisp the base at different levels for an even bake every time.

How does this oven plug in, and how much power does it use?

It is 1200W electric powered and plugs into any standard 120V outlet via a 3-prong cord. No propane, gas, or assembly required — just plug in and turn the two knobs.

Is this oven safe and easy to handle on a countertop?

The compact countertop design features a tempered glass door for visibility, a cool-touch handle for safe opening, and non-slip suction-cup feet to keep it steady while in use.

Can I cook foods other than pizza in this oven?

Yes. The 12" ceramic stone works for calzones, flatbreads, and reheated slices in addition to fresh pizza, giving you multi-food versatility from a single compact countertop appliance.
