Great product!
So happy to have found these seeds! They donโt have a flavor. Easy to add to yogurt or smoothies. Helps to keep me feel full longer. And I noticed it has helped my digestion since Iโve started eating the seeds. Definitely recommend!

Power food
It is a power food and a great way to start your day. Better than Chia seed in all other seed that I was consuming until now. It is easy to prepare and to add to your morning yogurt with some berries.

Give them a try and see if they work for you
These are great for digestion and helps with feeling bloated. I am taking 2 tablespoons twice a day. It is supposed to slow carb absorption and slow sugars. I take with water and drink before they get swollen from the water. They have no taste so easy to eat. Trying to see if my Type 2 numbers go down by doing this. I will keep using regardless as its a great source for fiber and gut health. They are great for heart health and nutrient dense. You can toss them into anything really.. good luck

Amazing Basil seeds
I recommend starting off slowly with the basil seeds. I have been using just 1 tablespoon of seeds for several weeks. Working my way up to 2 tablespoons. Amazing seeds to increase your daily fiber intake.
