I really do love this laptop, this thing got some power to it, I can easily connect my iPhone device to get text messages and calls directly from my laptop, it can run all my work application such as zoom and software I use without any issues. I get a good 8 hours of battery life which is not terrible and it covers a full work day for me. The volume is loud in my opinion when watching YouTube videos or streaming in general, I tend to use my headphones most of the time and never actually use the laptop volume. I don’t have any slow loading issues, the webcam is 720 p and works fine for what I need it for. I use it daily in a call center and never run into any problems with it. I used a MacBook before I got this laptop and has all the bells and whistles that my old MacBook had. I highly recommend this product if you’re a student. Only downside to this device is it does not offer a backlit keyboard ): so working at night requires a light to be on, or if you’re like me and memorized the keys than it wouldn’t be a total deal breaker. Update: 6/26/24 This laptop is still performing excellently after a few months of use. The battery life remains strong at 8 hours. I did purchase a higher quality webcam since Zoom calls were a bit spotty. All my devices connect without any issues. If you’re like me and need to connect multiple devices, I recommend investing in a hub, as the laptop offers only 2 USB-C ports, 2 USB ports, and 1 HDMI port. Overall, I love this laptop and it works fantastically for all my needs.

Comienzo diciendo que viene en su caja original completamente sellada, sin embargo no es completamente lo que dice en la publicación, su pantalla no es AMOLED como se indica en las imagenes, si no me equivoco al identificarla, viene con una pantalla IPS FHD, que, a pesar de no ser AMOLED, tiene un gran rango de color y una calidad exelente. Ahora, para los que tengan duda sobre la distribución del teclado, tiene el teclado ingles, no es realmente una desventaja, ya que se puede configurar para utilizarlo para escribir en español sin ningún problema (Teclado Ingles Internacional). Su pantalla no es tactil, otro punto a tomar en cuenta. Por ultimo, los puntos positivos que encontré: Su procesador es realmente muy solvente, no he tenido la oportunidad de probarla con videojuegos, pero intuyo que almenos mueve Minecraft y cosas de ese calibre, mientras que para tareas de ofimatica, programación basica y consumo multimedia es perfecta. A pesar de ser muy ligera y delgada, cuenta con un ventilador, que si bien, no es el más potente del segmento, es silencioso y mantiene la computadora a temperaturas considerables. El software integrado por Samsung es una maravilla, añade funciones nuevas y practicas, como la calibración de la pantalla con distintos presets, la integración con el ecosistema galaxy además de otras experiencias. La pantalla y el audio son muy buenas para el consumo de multimedia, el trappad es muy comodo de utilizar, así como el sensor de huella es muy practico y facil de configurar a diferencia de otros equipos del mercado.

Llego sin ningún problema, en perfecto estado y es justo el equipo que esperaba. El teclado está en inglés, pero se puede configurar en español con el inconveniente de que algunas funciones se pierden como el control del volumen pero es algo quebya tenia contemplado, sin dudas conplementa a la perfección mi ecosistema Samsung.
