I got this item in a broken state on 17 th Feb. Asked them to take back the product and then send me a new one. Today is 12 th of March. Nothing has happened. They have not taken the broken product nor refunded nor given me a new piece

Indians use wooden churner which is cheaper and also faster. This one didn't do the job for 5 hrs of churning. Totally not worth.

U can't churn and get a butter in this. Total waste of money. Don't buy this.

This makes making butter so simple. I can churn while I'm reading or watching TV and in 11 minutes I have Butter. I love it. The silicone paddles make for easy clean up

This is a perfect product. I bought it in order to show my toddler how butter is made (we follow the Montessori method of education). I saw a review that said that the spinning wheel may hurt your child - we didn’t find this to be the case at all. The handle is way above the spinning gears, and my son is only 2 years old, and did a great job churning the butter (although he got tired after 2-3 minutes). Here are failproof ways to make sure it’s a success, that I learned from my Siberian Grandma, who churned butter on a daily basis her whole life: - start with heavy cream, at least 32% fat content - VERY IMPORTANT: it HAS to be room temperature. To ensure that, take it out of the fridge 3-4 hours before you intend to churn it - you will need 500ml heavy cream for 250g butter If you follow these directions exactly, churning the butter will take around 7-9 minutes. Once you see the butter and the liquid separate, churn 30 seconds more. Then, take the butter out and place it in ice cold water. Squeeze it until the water runs clear (keep changing the water so you can see when that’s the case). Then, place it in an airtight container. It’s good for a week. Add a little bit of sea salt if you like it salty. The liquid is buttermilk, and can be used in baking - pancakes, fritters, etc. It’s tasty too! This was such a great experience for my toddler. My husband thought the butter tastes fantastic, so now I’m on weekly butter churning duty 😂
