Nice Electric fireplace insert.
I love my little fireplace. The extra heat helped in the basement when it was extremly cold outside this winter. I loved the fire look, you can change the flames to diffent color to match the room. Perfect fit where I placed this. Easy to assemble. I did find it a learning curve in how to add heat while running, that needed a little more explaning but I figured it out. Seems well built & hope it lasts a few years.

Beautiful and functional
Id like to update my review after dealing with customer service. They went above and beyond to handle my situation. The heat level and heat output and good . Comes from the top vs the bottom, keep its away from dust and animal hair. Color options are really cool. You can change the rock color and the flame .the functionality is easy with touch screen and remote that comes with it. You can dim the flame light or shut it off and with option for heater to still run. You can also slow down the flame speed . Comes woth 3 ways to mount it or legs to just set it somewhere. After dealing with customer service id recommend this to family and friends

Helped me survive winter
This fireplace was a great value for the money. It was easy to put together. It kept me warm during the winter storms. The only thing I wish it had an adjustable fan that blew harder. The adjustable colors are really pretty.

It’s a beautiful fireplace only downside to it is it makes annoying noise. Reached out to company said it was the sound of the wind wheel running. Issue needs fixed it’s amazing product besides that.

Awesome and sharp looking.
So far i am very happy with how it sets up my tv watching experience downstairs. Would always get so cold but now with this 60 inch wide unit I think I cant wait for the cold to come back. My only complaint would be is the directions leave a lot to be desired but otherwise superb.
