I was looking for something that would support both my overall health and my hair, and this product checked both boxes. The liquid format is easy to take, and I appreciate not having to swallow multiple pills every day. After using it consistently, I noticed my hair felt stronger and looked fuller, and my nails seemed healthier too. I also like that it contains **10,000 mcg of biotin** and **clinically tested Lustriva®**, which gave me more confidence in the formula. While it does cost more than a basic multivitamin and results aren't instant, I felt it was worth it for the added hair and skin benefits. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. If not that’s okay because my hair, as mentioned stopped falling out and I will take that over anything. 😊 I hope this review helps you take the jump like I did!

I am a BW with a 20 year history of hair loss thinning just at my crown. No one in my family (on either side) is bald so it was a real bummer to see. To try to protect it I would just keep it plaited under wigs. The thinning continued. Tried this and it’s been precisely three weeks and it is definitely coming back! Usually I can see my fingers pretty easily through the crown but not this time around! And the shedding was at a minimal. Really happy with this and will continue buying!

I'll start by saying, I usually use your basic "hair, skin, and nails" type of vitamin. I do have a lot of hair, I wouldn't say its thinning but, I noticed on one side of my hairline there's a little spot that looks thinner! Noticeable to me anyway. Which made me look intobthis product. Also, I usually wash my my hair anywhere between 3-5 days, just depends on how much product I've used and what I've been doing. We all know we shead hair everyday, so by the time I wash my hair, it looks scary! Especially after conditioning in the shower and even after, while I'm putting in my leave in conditioner. With all that being said, I wanted to try this product. And it's NOT cheap, I bought the smaller bottle which is like a 2 week supply for around $25 and that was on sale, because i just looked again and its back to $31. I believe the 1 month supply is $74. Anyway, it tastes fine, wouldn't say good or bad, it has a mild vitamin taste, fine with me because thats what it is. Very easy to take. I got the peach mango, I'll try the dragon fruit next time. I take it first thing in the morning before food or my protein shake, NO ISSUES. Normally if I take vitamins on an empty stomach, I will feel nauseous. AFTER FOUR DAYS, I just washed my hair, and the hair shead was minimal! I mean a FRACTION of was it usually is! In the shower and after detangling! Wasn't expecting that, definitely impressed, because I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth the money giving this a try for a few months. I'm absolutely going to! I dont imagine that was some fluke hair washing, if it was I will update. I can't speak on any of the other claims just yet, but if I start seeing improvements I will also update. There's some 20%off coupon codes out there, it could come out to about two bucks a day. I've spent more for less. Thats me justifying the price in my mind lol I'm glad I tried this!

Great taste. I’m normally not a fun of peach but I actually like this. my hair stylist suggested this vitamin and I have felt a difference. More energy and my hair is starting to grow and add strength.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT for telogen effluvium. Pls get lab work if you are suffering from the same thing. Vit d, ferratin, thyroid, zinc and hormone levels. INSIST ON ALL. Do not be your own Dr. I was told by my dermatologist and my pharmacist that if you take a product like minoxydyl, etc all regrowth will shed out as soon as you stop. You can get growth from good food and vitamins like this. My vit d level was low and my follow up lab work had me in the "normal" category. NO! I compared my lab work from before and numbers may be in normal range then but not normal for me. God help all of you with Kaiser med ins. I take this daily plus an ADDITITION 2k iu of Nusava Organic VitD3/K2 plus 2 Nutra Champs (as directed) Iron gummies enhanced WITH CALCIUM (all on amazon)..3800k iu vit D total. Make sure you take the Vit D and this product AFTER eating protein..you need fat to absorb VitD..it is a fat soluable vitamin. If you do not consume with fat it will not be absorbed. Most people make the mistake of taking vitamins in the am with coffee on an empty stomach. NOT EFFECTIVE FOR ANY FAT SOLUABLE VITAMIN. I eat a few pieces of Tillamook beef jerky or, if not available I eat 2 tsp of butter. Make sure to take the Iron at night before bed. You will get full absorption that way. Best of luck to all growing new hair. It is a slow process. My hair shedding reduced dramatically within 3.5 months . Usually takes 3 to 6 months. This product helped ALOT. Tastes good too. I am just so thankful I am not as stressed out taking a shower and waiting to see more hair loss. The additional stress from that alone as devastating. When I had active, heavy duty shedding, I would rather have gone for a lethal injection. Much less pain. Eat well, take your vitamins, manage stress and buy good shampoo and conditioner. Sulphate/paraffin free and ones for thickening hair. Try to Just breathe and Take time for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I was not 100% is first, but I feel like moving to a liquid vitamin versus taking tons of different pills is the right move. It’s less of a mess and it doesn’t take up much space. I stored in the fridge with everything else and I can take it in the morning or evening with food and it’s cold. The taste is not all that bad in comparison to some others. I do intend on trying some of the other flavors and vitamins by Mary Ruth in the future to see which one works best for me. I have accidentally taken it on an empty stomach, but actually had no intestinal problems at all. Although it says take with food, I would also recommend drinking lots of liquids with it as most vitamins tend to give you a little tummy ache from time to time. Remember to shake up your bottle otherwise it will come out a much thicker orange color than you expect. Highly recommend and if there is a sale, I would suggest buying too because these things never go on sale. . The absorption is great. And my skin is looking really nice lately. My energy levels is back where it needs to be and I can’t wait to enjoy more of this summer taking Mary Ruth.

I have to take my time and write a review on this amazing product. It has changed my hair in so many ways looks healthy its growing. I received compliments from two coworkers and not to mention they we're men. They asked what I was doing that my hair looks so nice and thick. I've only been taking it for about a month now. Yes you have to be consistent. But I promise you it works. My hair is growing thats a plus for me because I was losing so much hair due to stress low iron all the above. MaryRuths is the best product that I have tried so far that I could say works 120%

Love this. I really don’t like taking tablets of multivitamins they just don’t agree with me. But taking this changed the game for me. My skin got better my hair grew longer and overall just felt better would highly recommend

I love this liquid multivitamin...most people don't understand that you need at least 6 bottles before you see any real growth..I will be buying my 3rd one soon..taste is good..I out it in a glass of water and drink it like that...it is too expensive tho ..you only get like 15 days out of it...I'd definitely buy it more often and I'm sure other people too if the price would be like $35 to $40... I won't take a star off because of the price because it's up to me to buy this or not... Product itself is amazing 😍
