The device works really well and gives fast, consistent measurements. The display is bright and easy to read, and the build quality feels solid. Great for home projects, measurements, and DIY tasks. I’d definitely recommend taking a few minutes to go through the instructions first so you can learn all the features and get the best results from it.

This is surprisingly very accurate, and every time, both indoors & out. Im a carpenter & use this when framing decks or measuring from ground to a high deck etc. Its especially helpful in tight areas where a tape measure would be almost impossible to get a good measurement. its also great indoors when measuring wall to wall or doorframe sizes. Has a nice clear, crisp, large, strong contrast readout screen, viewable outdoors without a problem. Very easy to use right out of the box. Ive also dropped it several times from my upper chest pockets onto concrete & it still works perfect. Has great battery longevity w/ a battery status level indicator visible on top left of screen . Been using it on/ off for over 2 weeks now and battery still reads full. Has several memory readout functions, saved, very easy to see & recall. Also comes with a good, comprehensive easy to understand manual and a nice little soft case. Cant beat it for the price. Figures, it went on sale for less $ 2 days after i got it, but no big deal cuz its easily worth what i paid.

The display and appearance are amazing. It’s lightweight and easy to use for approximate measurements. I will say it doesn’t seem to be 100% and can be inaccurate just a tad. If you’re doing something with more precise measurements, I would maybe spend more money, but for simple approximations, I’d recommend this product

Great device. Easy to use and lightweight. I bought this when I was house hunting because so many listings fail to provide room dimensions. I was able to toss it in my pocket and get measurements for an entire house in minutes. It's more comfortable carrying this than a tape measure. It's also affordable. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

I’ve been using the RockSeed Digital Laser Distance Meter, and for the most part, it has been incredibly easy to use. It’s a very intuitive tool that simplifies a lot of the measuring tasks I used to do with a traditional tape measure. What I Loved Very User-Friendly: Most of the core features are a breeze to figure out. I was able to jump right in and start measuring distances, areas, and volumes without having to constantly consult the manual. Helpful Display: The backlit LCD is clear and easy to read, and being able to switch between meters, inches, and feet on the fly is a really convenient touch. Added Accuracy: The two built-in bubble levels are a great addition. They give me that extra bit of confidence that I’m holding the device level, which is crucial for getting an accurate reading over longer distances. Portable and Compact: It’s small enough to toss in a pocket or a tool bag, making it a very portable solution for DIY projects around the house. What I Didn't Love Tricky Pythagorean Mode: While most features are straightforward, the "Pythagorean theorem" function (the triangle measurement) was a bit tricky to wrap my head around. I’m still a little unsure if I’m using that specific mode correctly. Learning Curve for Advanced Calcs: Luckily, I haven't really needed to use the triangle measurement feature for my projects yet, but be prepared to spend a little extra time practicing with the buttons if you need those complex indirect measurements. Final Verdict Rating: 4.5/5 This laser measure is a solid, reliable tool that is perfect for anyone who wants to speed up their measuring process. It’s simple, intuitive, and offers great value for standard distance and area calculations. As long as you don't mind a little bit of a learning curve for the more advanced geometric functions, it’s a fantastic addition to any home toolkit.

This laser really stands up to the big guys! I compared this laser with my Bosch GLM165-27C (an industry standard laser) and was incredibly surprised how close the Mileseey measures to the Bosch. This review includes photos, and you will notice how similar the measurements are. Well within tolerance for this type of measuring tool. I will explain more about my testing later in this review, but for those just looking for a recommendation, I believe this laser will serve any DIY'er or low-profile professional very well for gentle day to day use. Firstly, lets talk about the good things: This laser is easy to read, intuitive to use, has great features, and has a good enough build quality that I wouldn't bat an eye at it for this price. The body is a thin, cheap plastic construction that would likely crack or chip away if it were dropped from any higher than 2-3 ft. I believe it's sturdy enough to be used by your average Joe or apprentice. Don't expect this tool to last long if you're not gentle with your tools! It's no Milwaukee! As for accuracy, the laser is very accurate when compared to a significantly more expensive laser. Not that price truly has any weight on the trustworthiness... I compared this to a Bosch Blaze laser, which in my opinion is an industry-recognized and trusted laser measurement tool. While testing the Mileseey against it, I was seeing very comparable results. Usually within +/- 0.5". That deviance of course is affected proportionately by the distance measured. Get this tool if you don't need laboratory precision, but also can't justify the price of the big boys. Now for some things this laser is lacking: It doesn't have an auto-rotate feature for the display. It is only viewable from the upright position. I wouldn't expect this feature at this price point, but it's worth noting. This laser requires a dimly lit environment, and a relatively reflective surface to shoot the laser on. This does not work well on black/brown surfaces. The ability to reach the advertised 165ft max measurement distance is highly dependent on solid and near-perfect conditions. That is, a reflective (white preferably) surface and dim lighting conditions. This laser does not work well outdoors! You have to hold this laser steady for a long time at longer distances to get a good read. This is also true for the Bosch, but I find it is much more forgiving than the Mileseey. If not held perfectly still at long distances, you may get an error code that I posted in the pictures to this review.

It’s bit cheaper than many similar models. Despite that, it’s very accurate and works well for a variety of measuring tasks, making it a useful tool to have around for home projects or general use. The main downside is the visibility of the laser pointer. It’s quite hard to see in bright conditions, especially outdoors or even in well-lit rooms. Because of this, it can be almost unusable in daylight, at the distace longer then 30-50FT. So it has no sence to buy 328 vesion. You won't see the laser pointer anyway. Overall, it’s a great budget-friendly and accurate device, but best suited for indoor use or low-light conditions.
