Yes, it works very well for all types of rotis. Just make sure to season the pan. There are many videos online on how to do this.

Can we directly use this?

Yes, it's preseason. U can wipe it and start using it immediately.

To day i brought this tawA but found the surface is not Smooth, it is fullof small pore and small holez. Or i received a defect piece.

If it is damaged pls get it replaced. We have bought two tawas and both are good with smooth surface.
