Save your money....
The Chill-it is great for a short time, but the beads do not expand as they should in the time frame, including soaking in ice cold water as shown on TV. But when you wash it in the washer, the beads do expand and leak out between the stitching. I'd say, save your money and wrap an ice cold towel on your head or neck instead!
