Arrived early, easy to fit.The fixings are not suitable for stud walls.Proper fixings were only £2, so no real problem

I fitted one in my bathroom, had to install it upside down because of wiring locations but it works very well. It's running cost is approx 4p to 6p an hour and as my bathroom is small it heats the room up nicely too. I like the 2hr and 4hr options as I don't need to worry about switching it off. Very easy to wire in too.

I had this professionally installed. It doesn't get above 19 degrees. Most parts are 16 degrees. So it's okay as a towel rail but not a 'heated' towel rail. Don't expect it to dry anything. I sent an enquiry to the sellers but had no response. On a positive note, it uses hardly any electricity!

The little screws for fastening it the brackets after fitting them on the wall are crap

Just what we needed, and works a treat. Curly lead a bit short, as we'd had a dunce electrian who put in the attachment on the wrong side, but luckily it stretched far enough.

Very happy with the quality of the heater however the ‘heat output’ isn’t as good as the reviews l read claimed. Rail only heats up 3/4 of the height & if a towel is in situ you can’t feel any heat in the bathroom
