I have arthritic toes (who knew?) with joints bent at odd angles. This tape is very slightly cushioning and sticks well to my toes, so they are not rubbed raw while wearing shoes.

Great solution to shoe rubbing issues! I used this on the inside of a velcro heel strap that had a rough stitched seam, also wrapped around the fabric toe post. The strips have a grid printed on the adhesive cover so you can cut peices the right size. We'll see about durability, but so far, very impressed.
