Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey - 22 oz

This is a delicious honey with no added ingredients. It is expensive but I understand I am paying for the quality of it. This isn't a corn syrup concoction. I appreciate not having to fear syrups, unnatural sugars, or artifficial flavors in my honey, because I consume it for its health benefits rather than for its sweetness. Therefore, I much prefer raw unfiltered honey such as this one that includes natural bee-produced substances. With Y.S Eco bee farm raw honey I feel peace of mind that I am getting various enzymes, amino acids, antioxidents, minerals and vitamins. This honey is thick but smooth and creamy. None of that runny squeeze out the bear junk. Taste is subtle but perfect. I love to add it to my teas. The honey has also helped soothe many of my colds and sore throats this winter. I definitely recommend. However, I am disappointed that it comes in a plastic jar rather than glass. Glass would better preserve the honey, its natural taste, smell, and purity without leaching plastic chemicals. Luckily, I consume the honey pretty quickly so I am not too concerned with preserving it long term but glass jar would be better overall.

You know how difficult it is to find genuine honey. I googled natural honey and this honey in the top 5 of natural honey. Let me tell you that this is so good. They whip the honey, so there are crystals in every spoonful. Did I say it was good? Yep, and I want you to understand that this is so good. Now, for a nominal ding, this honey is THICK. It does not pour. You have to use a spoon and then swipe it off the spoon. It is barely spreadable, but it is GREAT! The color is pale from where it was whipped. It is very sweet and full of enzymes that are natural in the honey.

I am using this from Amazon because my local honey provider has 'sold out' and is now selling filtered, altered honey. Not as effective. This Y. S. Eco Bee honey seems good. It looks different from my old honey before they changed the formula. The old honey has real bee wax, pollen and other 'bee stuff' in it. And tastes different, kinda crunchy, less sweet. Y. S. Eco Bee honey company called me back and said that its color is just due to the flowers the bees get the pollen... from. I see that this Y. S. Eco Bee honey may not truly be organic. And it is in a plastic jar; NOT healthy. Any business that sells in plastic is not really health oriented. Hope they will switch to a pure organic corn material or pure glass container. I see a lot of good natural things on the label so this honey does have good qualities. I do not see it listed as NOT from sugar, fructose fed bees. I want only true honey from the bees making their own sweet food and honey from pollen, flowers. No outside, manmade food-sweetener added to the bees food, water, honey. UPFDATE; I called them. Y. S. Eco Bee honey company called me back and said there is no sugar... added to the bees food, water or the honey. Its all natural. I will still be searching for a 100% organic, completely wild raw honey allowing the bees to do all the work. No processing, no alterations. And stored in PURE glass. Local honey is best; a natural safe allergy shot alternative; just eat the honey that's made from the flowers... your nose reacts too. It cures sinus congestion from pollen allergy in a hour! True raw honey has bits of wax, pollen... in it. Pieces have different levels of color; yellow, golden, dark gold-brown.
