The cases of the flint stones were broken and the cases were empty.

Great flints, Great price.
Quality flints at a good price. Better than buying one pack at a time if you use your lighter consistently. My only gripe was the plastic case they came in - it was a bit of a pain to figure out, but I'm also not that bright sometimes. It's easy enough to force open if you get to that point, not anything I would consider to be a dealbreaker. Just a minor inconvenience for me personally. Otherwise, the actual product you are buying here - the flints - are great.
