Your going to need liquid nitrogen for that actually. Dry ice, at -108 Fahrenheit, is still not cold enough, if the -115 F figure is correct.

Not at all. The can is room temperature. Exposing the contents to air, by spraying, causes the coldness. No need to refrigerate.

but this one is impossible to direct the spray !! How does anyone keep the straw on ?? How do you put in a cup to use with Qtip???

I never had a problem with he straw not staying on. I hold the spray and the cotton swab over the sink. I put the tip of the straw on the tip of the cotton swab and pull the trigger.
