I bought this to modify by grinding the box end down by about half to fit in a tight place. I was able to remove plenty of metal and it was was still strong enough for a 15-20 foot pound job.

So far so good, good fit and finish, also Jaeger's have a life time warranty if something goes wrong. I hope I never have to use the warranty. Very nice to have a ratcheting wrench with a 90 tooth count, most only have 60 to 72 teeth ! And the expensive wrenches have 120 teeth but those ratcheting wrenches are WAY out of my price range....

Nice 10mm for my motorcycle toolkit

I bought this to keep in my truck. I have a bike rack, and I need to tighten and change the bike rack configuration for different bikes. Most of the parts need a 1/2 inch wrench. This fits my needs perfectly as it is compact and ratcheting at the box end. It does not have a switch for direction, you simply flip it over for tightening or loosening. This is a nice low cost alternative to expensive wrenches. It looks, feels and works great. The seller has a nice warranty and has personally reached out with a list of his warranty and customer support. I applaud Jaeger for that. Seldom do you get so well informed of the warranty/return policy from a seller. This is a great value for the price. The tool fills my needs, and this wrench will get lots of use. I hope it holds up and lives up to the sellers claims of quality. I give it 5 stars.

This is JUNK. The Ratchet end of the Wrench Does NOT fit on the quarter inch that it's supposed to. The open end side works but the Ratchet NO. You would have to hammer this on for at best a one time use. Do NOT Buy. It's supposed to be guaranteed. I called the number that was on their wrapper. Yeah that's NOT going to work. There's NO ONE there to take your call. They call your number back a day later. That doesn't work for me. You have to leave me a voice mail. Then I would have to phone you back. Then they would call me back and leave a voice mail and the cycle will be forever. Because thay are a business and don't answer their phone. I'm old, disabled, with serious health challenges and I rarely catch the phone when it rings. I have NEVER had a cell phone. As a result I will have to chalk this off as a loss of money and buy someone else's product. For the amount of times I will need this I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Now I looking at a Gear Wrench product that is twice the price. I should have gone with the higher quality item to begin with. Stay away from these Jaeger Tools. Even one Star is too good for them. It would not have been so bad except that their product support is a hopeless LOSER as well. Their low price is why they are still in business. Nothing to do with quality. Each Wrench should be Quality Control Tested. I'll bet mine isn't the omly one that diesn't fit. Do Not Buy This.
