So if you want to achieve the level of fit as show in the pic of this product i will advise you to go a size lower than you usually wear. I have accidentally ordered L instead of XL (L usually works for me when it comes to other brands) and definitely notice the fit to be snugger than trackpants i previously owned. Some hate that and some love that. I just personally think when this fits snug to your legs you can actually substitute it with jeans . Makes me have more reasons to wear it out .Anyway, if you don't care about snug fit just go for your intended size it works just as well, Solid product,(keeping material quality and elasticity of the waist in mind) but to be fair didn't have a chance to wear it that much due to pandemic season still going.
