Bought the tank and still haven't used it yet

Nice new tank, old hydro date
The tank looked new & shiny, but the hydro date on it was 11/24. It's now 4/26. The tank will need to be re-certified a year and a half sooner than an actual new one would. It's a DOT3AL2015 tank, for those who actually know cylinder nomenclature. The service pressure is 2015psi, and it's certified for use in the US, for the rest of us. The empty weight on my bathroom scale is 5.5 pounds with valve.
