Structured cushioning for feel-good running. Review: Heaven on My Feet!!! - I normally don't leave reviews. But I feel that I'm obligated to leave one for these awesome shoes! My previous shoe was the Omni 20, and I really loved those. So I was hoping to get something similar. I went ahead and skipped the Omni 21 figuring that the Omni 22 would have better tech. When I first tried these 22's on, I was a little hesitant because they didn't quite feel as cozy a my 20's. But I walked around in them a little bit and IMMEDIATELY noticed the improved ankle support. As a life long runner, I've struggle with poor ankle stability in recent years past. So the fact that the 22's felt better for ankle support was a huge plus. Another benefit was that these 22's felt lighter than the 20's. Then came the real test. How would they feel on a real run. I decided against giving them a breaking in period, and I just wanted to see if they'd make much of a difference compared to my aging 20's. Boy was I in for a huge surprise. It only took a few steps to realize that the 22's were a major improvement over the 20's. Ankle stability was solid, my legs felt great, and my stride was the best it had been all summer. This first easy run was the fastest of my entire summer, and it was by far the fastest. I ran it in Zone 2, but I still negative split the 2nd half of the run feeling like God, haha! Most importantly, 95% of the lower extremity leg pain I had been experiencing was totally wiped out. I barely felt any discomfort at all. I'm definitely gonna buy another pair or two of these (if not more)! Review: Fit me Perfectly - These are great shoes for me. They are comfortable and fit perfectly.

Good sized toe box!
I have wide feet and I pronate. Iโve purchased Saucony Omniโs for years and always been happy. I recently switched to another brand, but switched back to Omniโs because the Omni toe box is bigger. Theyโre good shoes!

Firm stable sole unlike almost every other pair of running shoes
It is hard to find a good stable running shoe. It seems most shoes have gone to thick soft soles. Those are not stable, my foot rocks and rolls side to side at 260lbs. I need a firm sole with good arch support. This is the shoe, but unfortunately it is also the last gen with a firm sole.

Garbage
Garbage. Coming from the Omni 20, these are cheap and uncomfortable. There's this hard piece of plastic built into the heel.

Flat feet and patellar tendonitis friendly
I purchase these not for running but just casual wearing and walking. I suffer from patellar tendonitis and mild flat feet, which is a terrible combination. I've just moved to Saucony brand because I've been having a very nice experience with the Hurricane 24 and 25, so I gave these Omni 22 a try since an AI suggestion said these, the Hurricanes and the Guide 18, are a great choice for people with flat feet and patellar tendonitis. Wow that AI Google suggestion didn't disappoint, these are very comfortable and pain free for me.

Uncomfortable for long distances
Not worth the money. After running/walking for 8-10 km its starts hurting my feet especially heel. One day I walked/ran 13 km but i had to take a bus while returning home because my feet were hurt badly.
