The lid design needs improvement
The lid design needs improvement since you can't twist it to maintain the water temperature while brewing the coffee

Design issues with the Brazil type
The Brazil type does not allow rotation of the lid. Hence even when the coffee is brewing the slits near the spout will allow heat to escape. The price was reasonable but the design is better for the Kenyan type.

Good item for a fair price.
This was worth it. Some of it is plastic, but sturdy. The container is glass. Will definitely pour 2 cups of strong coffee, probably 3. Watch a video. I like Lavazza whole bean. Clean it manually. Can be used with loose tea leaves too. Its a bit of a craft, not a quick keurig.
