Can this be used on faces?

Yes. I use this as a Shampoo, Face and Body Wash when in the shower. I also use it to freshen up after exercise and do not need to rinse it off.

Hello , is this fragrance free ?

It has a very slight fragrance, for me who doesn't like strong fragrances I think it's nice. This product is used in hospitals and hospice.

How well does this product cleanse the hair?

We have never used it for hair. I really don't think it would be effective unless the hair is very short and you would be willing to use a lot if it.
