I got this product delivered within 2 days, Thanks Amazon for the prompt delivery,Now coming back to product.it is descent enough to take the steam based on your purpose, it start quickly and produce steam as soon as you Turn ON and vapors/heat of steam is also suffice,(Not too hot nor too cold).Overall its a good purchase, if you are looking for pocket friendly product, without any thoughts go for it.

The Vaporizer worked fine for most part of the first month. Later of that month I experienced electric sparks in spite of following the usage recommendations accurately throughout.Pleased with the easy working of the vaporizer, I even placed another order of this item for my uncle, but since the original vaporizer stopped working while that second vaporizer was on transit, I returned that!I thought that the money was wasted as the return window of the first (original) item was closed. I had no positive expectations of claiming the 1 year warranty benefits of a 250 INR product whose company is located in Delhi (I was in Kolkata), but I was wrong!!I mailed them regarding this issue and they replied within a day with some suggestions and I replied back with all the right things I did according to the written recommendations along with the images of the damages on the product. They shipped another vaporizer in a secured package within a day via BlueDart!!I was shocked seeing such a positive treatment from a rather unknown company on such a low-cost product, with the BlueDart shipping cost being 150INR itself !!!The new item is working fine for the last few months and so. I wish to congratulate the company for maintaining high standards of customer service, even though the first item broke down. Nevertheless, how better can you expect from a low cost electronics product, but the commendable part is their support ethics. For this kind of treatment I wish Ozomax the best!About the product: I liked it because of its easy operation. water remains warm for longer periods because of the double walled nature of the container, but you need to keep the current on all the time to have the vapor come to you.

I have been using since more than a month and no complaints so far. The steam is good with normal corporation water, a few mins waiting is required for heating up. After using the water is clean with no residue and good for repeated use. For filing water, I prefer to twist the bottom and unscrew it while holding the top , this is to prevent any damage to the cable.

Product quality is good. Holds good amount of water. Steam is decent as well. But the main problem is bad smell (like plastic buring) is coming with the steam. That doesn't look good and not good for lungs as well.And you can not return it, only replace. Good luck!

For steam inhalation, this is poor product ! If the unit is placed on table or wash-basin, it is impossible to direct the steam to the nose and face - the direction of steam is horizontal ! There is nothing adjustable to direct the steam upwards ! It should be re-designed for this !

I should extend my very warm thanks to the manufacturers for a best and affordable product. This is sturdy high performance vaporizer. I shall be feeling proud if it is a make in India product. I believe it is made in Inida.

This product has no frills such as funnel, beaker and cover and so on. The build is sturdy and the connecting wire and plug are of a good quality. The price is transparent and reasonable unlike other brands that have an MRP of 850 and claim to give a 50% discount and mark the selling price at 425. No such gimmicks here. It would have been more useful if the water level low and high level was more distinct. As a work around I have put an insulation tape inside to mark the max water level. Have been using it regularly and is well designed. INR 300 is a good price for this. Buying two saves you cost of any additional shipping

I got this product well before committed date. Product received in good condition. Till now no issues with product. Good thing about this product is, the container plastic part is very thick and durable, Steam comes with good speed, handling is also easy. Over all product is very nice. Recommend to buy this product without second thought.
