is a good item pity about delivery
It appears will made but the delivery dropped out over side gate and one of the rivets holding a support brace at the bottom has popped off. Not doing too return will just use a small self tapping bolt head screw to replace it

The LADDER is excellent, The delivery company not so much!
The ladder itself is great and the company BPS Access Solutions was VERY helpful in sorting my issues with the delivered ladders, yes ladders plural as the DELIVERY COMPANY used managed to damage TWO separate ladders! The replacement for the first one came in two days but sadly that was also damaged, probably because the delivery drivers just threw the ladders into my porch! One phone call to BPS and it was all sorted, fantastic customer service from BPS. Great little ladder.
