Apex chairs medium
The packing looked old and lacked the look of a new item. The tools given to assemble the chair was not of standard size. I had to use my tools for assembling the chair.The grade of plastic items associated with the chair looks not of quality plastic.

Very comfortable chair with adjustments at all places, arm, lower back and height.Great customer support also, I called a number provided inside the packing late in the evening to ask question about installation and it was promptly replied.

Writing this review after using the product from some time now (more than two weeks now). The product delivery was on time and good. The packaging was not upto the mark and left much to be desired. Unfortunately no instructions were there on how to assemble it. The product itself does not seems to be very sturdy. There is also a cheaper version of the chair from the same company and I expected this one (which is a bit expensive) to be better but does not appear to be the case. One can already see a crack appearing on the plastics.

Cheap quality products
I don't like the chair built quality the material used was not so good and it broke easily would not recommend anyone to buy any products from Savya

Very helpful installation. The delivered chair though was not good.
The chrome coating on the wheels looks old already. One of the levers was broken. The screws were not aligned and the installation required a long period of scraping to make them fit.
