Great value
I bought this to use along with our electric percolator as part of our transition to a non-toxic kitchen, the keurig had to go! This was our first experience with an electric grinder. They pretty much all do the same thing but we wanted to go with a reputable brand and wanted a white option to match our kitchen. The grinder is great, we have had no issues with it. Being able to choose both the amount of grounds to use and the coarseness of the grounds based on grind time makes the process so easy. The machine has had no issues with clogging or difficulty with cleaning it out. My husband now jokes that he loves grinding the beans so much just to experience the smell when they’ve hit just the right level of coarseness! The coffee then works great in our percolator. We have been so glad with our coffee transition and this grinder is a big part of that!

Great looking grinder, works well.
Great looking grinder. Works well. Not as good as my conical grinder that died, but at this price point it’s all good.

The Last Grinder You'll Ever Need
I've used this product over a year and I absolutely love it and how beautifully it grinds coffee beans. Time out how fine you want your grounds to be and then you have fresh coffee at your fingertips. Blades are efficient and the product is super easy to use.Cleaning is a bit of a headache as fine grounds stick to the top of the lid; however, cleaning with sea salt is a blessing in disguise. My Dad has used this grinder type for years, and now I love this grinder.

Great product I definitely recommend!
Love my Bodum coffee grinder! This is my 2nd purchase of this grinder as my 1st one broke after 12 yrs of use. I love that it’s compact and can be stored in my cabinet when not in use.

Aesthetic Over Design
I feel like no one in the comments section knows what it's like to have a good grinder that doesn't leave grounds everywhere! Even in the user videos, you can see this. I hate this grinder; it's cute but, it's functionality sucks.

Warranty Certificate / 2-Year Guaranty
For those having difficulty finding the "warranty certificate" that Bodum tells you, "the Seller must fill in at the time of purchase", take a look at the back cover of the User Manual. That cover constitutes the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE, at least in the USA.Now, you'll have to keep a copy of your original Amazon Order by which you purchased the unit. (Not diffifult, right?) Make sure that the copy you print has the date of purchase on it and shows that you've paid for the unit by name and price. Ideally, the order will say "Shipped" at the top or something to that effect, but not "pending".Fill in the date of purchase on the back cover of the User Manual, staple the print out of the order as above, and include a letter to Bodum asking for the unit to be serviced or replaced. Explain why you believe that the unit failed due to faulty design or manufacturing of the original.Note that normal wear and tear and end-ser abuse or mishandling of the unit ARE NOT COVERED under the warranty. Neither will any unit be covered if the repair request is posted more than two years from the date of purchase. If you wish to have a RMA, you'll have to contact Bodum directly by phone or email for that. Good luck !Frankly, if your unit is more than 1 year old, toss it and buy a new one. It's not worth the trouble to have it returned and repaired, right ?
