Absolute junk will break within one year
Once it broke the company just said screw me and my money. They tried to send out parts for ME to work on it. Just wow absolute junk DO NOT BUY

Great value fast delivery!
Ordered on Saturday delivered on Thursday R/L carriers hats off to you! Item had zero packing damage unit hooked right up as intended. This drop in unit saved me $ 1,600.00 off my lowest installed unit estimate. That's after paying the electrical hook-up, my wife and I set the unit and hooked the duct work up ourselves.

Product is as described and included adaptors for 14in ducts. Shipping was fast with R+L carriers who were very careful with delivery.

Coils were damaged on arrival
So far it's in working condition but this shouldn't not have passed quality control as a New unit i would expect coils to be in perfect condition

Goodmans quality and pricing is the best i say
Goodman have been known as very competitive lowest pricing to other popular name brand Package AC / Heat Pump systems.All these units basicly have the same components that make up for an AC/Heat Pump system. Anything mechanical will break down eventually from 1 to 20 years of operation.Goodmans quality and pricing is the best i say. Also, best advise is get a good warranty company.

Junk do not buy was sopose to come full of Freon an it was completely empty I had to pay 265$ to fill now here we are a few months later all the Freon leaked out now gonna cost 700$ to repair/fix
