Good product but cleaning of brushes is difficult if you clean a hairy carpet.

Great if you have carpet floor, really makes a difference but if not found any spares online yet. Hopefully it will be listed soon.

Very useful! Highly recommend! I used it on my carpet and the water turned black (not grey, really black!!). I did wash this carpet by hands before, but the machine does way more better then I can do with the brush and shampoo. Also, before I was washing 1 carpet in 4 hours of scrub.... with the machine in 15 min and no hard work or hand pain... should have bought it 10 years ago))

Can't use my old "heavy duty" shampooer anymore, it is too heavy for me. This lightweight and small size machine is easy to store and operate. Unlike the old machine this has separate tanks which are both very easy to remove and empty or fill. Yes, they are smaller capacity but that is what makes it easier to push the machine. I am 5 ft tall and the height of this is great for me. I have cleaned 7 rooms with it (4 passes over each room, they had not been shampooed in a year and a half) and am very happy with the results. Some VERY important tips though. If you have pets and own a great vacuum cleaner like me, this machine will STILL pull up lots of hair so you need to clear the hair every time you empty the dirty water. 1st in the hole with the orange screen (there is a label right on the machine to remind you) and 2nd in and around the roller, especially where the suction holes are in the clear acrylic at the very front edge. I just used my fingers to sweep out those areas. I also took the time after every room to remove the six screws on the bottom of the machine to remove the roller, open the suction area and then thoroughly clean the hair out. I don't think this machine would have performed as well as it did if I hadn't done that. It takes about 10 minutes to take it apart and put it back together and is a messy/wet job but not at all difficult for a senior female and I really want to take care of this machine. I do recommend letting the clean water and dirty water tanks air dry for a day before putting the unit away for a long period of time. It would be great if Hoover could perhaps charge a little more and change to a "quick release lever" design on the bottom instead of screws (a certain robot vacuum does and it is very easy to clean). Overall if you need a machine with great suction that is easy to handle, easy to clean and not expensive I highly recommend this one.
